Terms & Conditions Sagar Resort for Stay

Note: – Above check in & check out times are for regular guests not for wedding or destination wedding parties. For Marriages & Destination Parties CHECK OUT TIME is 8:00 AM Sharp.
Rules & Policies
1) Child & Extra Bed Policies
- Extra mattress would be provided to accommodate child in booking for a charge applicable stated below:
- 800/- during season & 500/- off season per child (To be paid at Hotel).
- Extra mattress would be provided to adult guest & would be charged 800/- during season, 500/- during off season. All extra guest Name must be mentioned clearly along with Age, Gender (M/F) clearly to avoid any inconvenience at time of check in at property.
2) Guest Profile
- Groups only with male (stags) guests only are not allowed in the Hotel/Resort to book the rooms
- Groups only with female guests only are not allowed in the Hotel/Resort to book the rooms.
- Couples having Local Id’s (Having District Alwar Address) are not allowed or/& entertained at our Hotel/Resort.
- Guests below 18 Years of age are not allowed at our Hotel/Resort without parents or/& legal guardians.
3) Valid ID Proofs for Room Booking
- Passport
- Aadhar Card
- Driving License issued by State Transport Authorities of India
- Voter ID
- Jan-Aadhar Card issued by Government of Rajasthan
- Central/State Government issued valid ID card
Kindly provide above valid ID’s at time of check in to make your stay convenient, pleasant & memorable.
4) Food Arrangements
- Outside food is strictly prohibited to eat inside our restaurant.
- Cold Drinks; Shakes; Soft Drinks; Energy Drinks or any edible food products from outside is not allowed to consume in our property, we have proper arrangements and all edible products are readily available inside our restaurant.
5) Pets Policies
- Pets are not allowed inside property.
6) Especially Abele Guest & Parties Policies
- Sagar Resort is accessible to guest who use wheel chair, Guests are requested to carry their own wheel chair.
- We allow private parties & events like Sawa Mani, Birthdays, Ring Ceremony, Retirement Party, Short Film Shooting, Documentary Shooting, Film & Serial Shootings, Destination Wedding, Weddings etc.
- Guests staying inside our property are not allowed to invite outside guest or/& visitor inside rooms during their stay in our property, outside guest shall be entertained at Reception Common Sitting Area or/& at Restaurant.
- We are not entertaining Un-Married Local Couple with Local ID’s having District Alwar & adjoining area address inside our property at any point of time, we are only entertaining Family & Groups of Families coming and staying inside our property.
- Management reserves right to admission, nonsense & nuisance is not tolerable at all inside the property, kindly maintain ethics with cooperation along with Hotel Staff, we are here to serve our guest.
